I normally don’t like to post so close together, but this one was worth looking at. Johansson may add some much needed depth to LD in the system

Nice to see him progressing and on a national team!
Thanks for the info on a kid that should be a nice addition to the Wings training camp!

Thanks H2! Man, he is an impressive skater. Yzerman didn’t wait long to get him inked. I keep hoping we’ll hear that Petruzzelli will be signed soon. Goalies and defensemen, we need more!

Vancouver earned a loser pt last night, tying us in pts....but they have all the tie breakers, putting them ahead of us in the standings. Wings are now cemented as 5th worst record.

I mentioned this in a few other threads but Johansson was really efficient at generating offense this season. One of the highest P/60 rates among SHL defenders and positive on-ice shot differentials while playing second-pairing minutes.

I suspect (or at least I hope) that all of Seider, Raymond, Johansson, and Berggren play in Michigan next season. Based on everything we know so far you'd think Seider should be close to a lock to make the Red Wings straight out of camp. The other three probably at least start in GR.

Which means 6th this year because of Seattle. Hope the balls land our way.
